Cheddar Arts’ summer season concludes on Friday 5th July with ‘A Haunting in Venice’ starring: Kenneth Branagh, Jamie Dornan and Michelle Yeoh.

In post-World War II Venice Poirot, now a retired exile, reluctantly attends a seance. But when one of the guests is murdered, it is up to the former detective to once again uncover the killer. “An atmospheric setting and a stellar cast.”

Caprione Community Choir

The World Premier of a new musical, “Mary the Mother” (of Jesus) will take place at Clarence Park Baptist Church, (W-s-M) on 6th July at 6:30pm. Lyrics by Peter Perrin and music by Angela Lavelle, both of Weston-super-Mare.

Caprione and the choir of St Mary’s Church, Hutton and friends from far and near, make up the choir, with soloists, dancers and drama.
Admission is free, with a retiring collection for Weston Foodbank.

Public Ceilidh in Cheddar Village Hall – Saturday 8th June!
We are delighted to be hosting a Public Ceilidh in the lovely surroundings of the Cheddar Village Hall. There will be live music from The Andy McLeod Ceilidh Band, and you are welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks. We are also excited to have the Excellent Fed by Fed and Ben set up outside the Hall selling their tasty pizzas on the night.
