Cheddar Valley u3a’s Autumn Programme
Cheddar Valley u3a’s Autumn Programme began with an informative insight into the ‘Taunton Stop Line’ set up during WW2, to delay any Nazi invasion. Delivered by well known local military historian Andrew Powell-Davis, it was fascinating. The next speaker talk is ‘Life in a Quarry’ by David Boag on 5th October at 2:00pm in the Village Hall.
Monthly Coffee Mornings return on 19th October 10:00am – 11:30am, also in the Village Hall.
